My passion

Throughout my career as a caregiver and support professional and being a mother myself and a grandmother, I have developed a strong understanding of the unique challenges that new parents face. Watching people become a family is what excites me to do this work every day. My goal is to provide kind, loving and calm support to all kinds of families.

I am a Certified Postpartum & Infant Care Doula with nearly 30 years of experience caring for newborns, infants, and children. With my expertise in overnight newborn support, soothing techniques, and maintaining a calm, safe environment. I am dedicated to helping families navigate the postpartum period with reassurance, consistency, and nurturing care.
